Billing & Accounts
A free GST billing and accounting app for small businesses and manufacturers in India. It runs on your own Windows computer and works offline.
What the app does
- GST Tax Invoice, Quotation / Proforma Invoice, Sale and Purchase Orders, Delivery Challan, Credit and Debit Notes
- Parties and ledgers, payments in and out, cash book, bank book and expenses
- Items and stock, bill of materials (BOM) and production
- Reads a supplier's purchase bill from a photo or PDF
- E-way bill JSON file, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports, Excel export
- Prints on A4 or thermal printers, shares bills on WhatsApp, UPI QR code on bills
Your data and Google Drive
All your business data is stored on your own computer. ControlByte Solution does not receive it.
Optional backup: you can connect your own Google Drive. The app then saves one backup file, BillingApp_Backup.zip, in a folder named BillingAppBackup in your Drive, and can restore it on the same or another computer.
For this the app uses only Google's drive.file permission, so it can see only the files it created and none of your other Drive files. You can disconnect at any time.
